Hustle is a boutique fitness studio providing 50-minute strength and conditioning Fitness class and Personal Training. Our training program, led by internationally certified coaches in a supportive environment, is designed to empower you to become stronger, more confident, and the best version of yourself.

    Together, we aim to create positive impacts beyond our studio walls, helping you to fully embrace life's potential.

FITNESS CLASS

    Our Fitness Class is a 50-minute group workout of 8-20 people, led by 1-2 internationally certified coaches with a 12-week cycle program. Think of it as personal training but in a group environment!

12-WEEK CYCLE

    Our 12-WEEK PROGRAM is a purpose-driven fitness journey, drawing upon scientifically-backed methods from globally recognized institutions (NASM, ACE and ISSA). This program is your route to amplified strength and confidence, contributing to an enriched, more dynamic lifestyle.

In our 12-week program, Hustle emphasizes mastering fitness fundamentals – the essential building blocks of your fitness journey. Whether you're just starting or are an experienced athlete, these fundamentals are crucial. We focus on core elements like stability, mobility, muscle endurance, and hypertrophy, meticulously blending them to reinforce your fitness foundation. This approach ensures smooth, efficient movements and reduces injury risk, setting a solid base for advanced challenges.
FITNESS FUNDAMENTALS

As you progress through your 12-week training, the focus shifts to advancing muscle development. Exercises are carefully adjusted for intensity and volume, fostering consistent muscle growth and strength. If you're new to the gym and feeling unsure of where to start, FOUNDATION Class is where you start.
